Interested in joining?
Right now, I'm not quite happy with just four sites running this Network. When my oldest forum was around, Indigo Plateau, I think there were about 6. So, I want some sites to apply to fill out the list, and to encourage more traffic to the services. New members are always great and further the community and Network as a whole.
Of course, I can't just let anyone join. This is actually highly-exclusive and is very hard to get into. My site, the head of the whole operation, is a very good sized site, so I can't have little sites just tagging along. I'd like sites to apply that get 800-1000 UNIQUE visitors a day. (I get 1300-1500 at the moment).
Requirements:
+ 600 or more unique visitors a day
+ Attractive layout
+ Substatial amount of content
+ Nice, hard-working webmaster
+ Willing to give up forum/oekaki/etc*
* I don't want to compete with the sites in my Network. If you're going to be part of it, you'll have to use Mt. Moon, SCanvas, etc. There are certain instances where I will allow other things.

+ Admin status on all services
+ Admittance into Spinarak Projects
+ Increased traffic
